I honestly don’t remember it being at Leeds the last two years.
All they seemed to shout was ‘BUTTSCRATCHER’, which thankfully was kept to a minimum this year aha :)
at latitude the only thing like that was when people would shout “stephen” and everyone would reply with “just coming” it was so middle class the only heckling was with Adam and Joe quotes
Aha, I was speaking to someone who went to Latitude who said an act ascertained how middle class the crowd was by asking how many of them had agas.
The amount of ‘Alan’ groups people are liking on Facebook is almost as tedious as the people shouting it all weekend.
I liked to pretend they were actually looking for Alan Bennett, and went ‘Oooooooh i’m Alan Bennett’ in his voice whenever someone decided to shout it.
